What a credit buys

1 credit is 1 US cent of AI use. Every generate tool shows its price before it runs, and the assistant's turns are charged by their actual size.

Free credits reset on the 1st of each month. Pro credits reset every month on your billing date, on monthly and yearly plans. Monthly credits don't roll over. Extra credits are spent only after the month's credits, and last a year from your last purchase.

What's a credit?

1 credit is 1 US cent of AI use. Each AI action shows its price before it runs.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Free credits reset on the 1st of each month, and Pro credits reset each month on your billing date. Extra credits you buy last a year from your last purchase.

Is there a watermark on the Free plan?

No. Nothing you export carries a watermark, on either plan.

Can I use Paraplex for client and commercial work?

Yes, on both plans.

Who owns what I make?

You do. Your projects, designs, animations and exports belong to you, on either plan, and we don't claim any rights to them. You give us only the permission we need to run Paraplex for you, like saving your projects and serving the embeds you publish. Anything you've exported stays yours to use, even if you cancel.

Can I use the templates in my work?

Yes, including client and commercial work. The templates belong to Paraplex Digital, LLC, and what you make with them is yours. You can't resell or share the templates themselves, on their own or as templates.

Do you use my projects to improve Paraplex?

Yes. We may use projects, and how Paraplex is used, to fix bugs, build new features and make the AI assistant better. That doesn't change who owns your work.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. In the app, open your account and choose Manage subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then you're on Free.

What happens to my projects if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Projects above the Free plan's cloud limit stay in your account, but you can't add new ones to the cloud until you're under it.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, email support@paraplex.ai within 14 days of a charge, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Your account moves to Free, and the money usually reaches your card within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are limited to one per account. Extra credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used them.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Prices are in US dollars. Your card details go straight to Stripe; Paraplex never sees or stores them. Depending on where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
